StampMagick was found in September 2003 with zero venture capital and one unit of manpower - me. I am about the only person behind the scene working on all aspects of operations including e-store design and maintenance, graphics design, parts acquisition, product assembly, inventory management, customer service, shipping & handling, running to Post Office... (so you know how much I sleep!).

The first designs I made were Chinese Characters and Japanese images. Their initial success led StampMagick on an aggressive path of Oriental theme (with many selling and non-selling designs!). Personally, I love Chinese characters but as always passion has to be renormalized by reality (customer demand). As a result there isn't as much Chinese stuff as I wish to see in my store.

Currently, my rubber stamp designs are mostly available only in the form of unmounted rubber sheets due to the fact that the number of designs have been growing to the point that tracking individual images become unmanagable (finally, I need to admit that I have to sleep!). For the same reason, wood-mounted stamps and mounting kits have also been discontinued since March 2009. Remaining discontinued inventory will be sold leisurely and progressively through eBay auctions (still a long way to go!) at: http://www.ebay.com/sch/stampmagick/m.html
